This Drink Will Definitely Quench Your Thirst!

Summer is synonymous with cook-outs, and at these cook-outs it's typically to serve some kind of soda or high sugar beverage to stave off the heat and quench everyone's thirst. Of course, if you look at the nutritional value of these drinks you'll realize these aren't really doing anything to help regulate your body temperature or keep you hydrated.

This drink is PERFECT for summer. With peaches and cucumbers lending their summery flavors to this hibiscus agua fresca, you, your family and your friends can enjoy this traditional Mexican fruit drink that will satisfy everyone!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 16-oz. package frozen unsweeted peach slices, thawed
• 3 cups brewed berry-flavor hibiscus tea, cooled
• ½ cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber, plus more for garnish
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2¾-liter bottles sparkling mineral water (6⅓ cups)

Note: We recommend using peach flavored LaCroix sparkling water
